Le poste

The traineeship provides an interactive online course in IT support, covering hardware, networks, cloud computing, troubleshooting, and security. Participants will organise and maintain secure networks, configure devices, implement cloud security measures, and understand IT systems and legislation. The programme includes online employability workshops, ongoing career support, and practical workshops over 13 weeks. Applicants must reside in the UK, be over 19, and earn below the specified income cap, without current government-funded training or particular visa status. The course is fully funded and designed to boost employment prospects in the IT sector with a recognised certification. No prior experience is required as training is aimed at beginners seeking entry into IT careers.
