Le poste
Responsible for land development and infrastructure design for industrial food and beverage facilities, focusing on building pads, site grading, utilities, and landscaping.
Prepare CAD drawings and project documentation; assist with bid development, contractor outreach, and bid tabulation.
Develop site basis of design, edit specifications, and design parking and pavement sections that comply with regulations.
Perform hydrologic analyses, watershed delineation, detention pond/outlet design, and storm drainage reporting.
Provide construction administration including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and coordination with the project team.
Collaborate with civil, structural, and architectural teams; mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing.
