The Client Services Guide performs day-to-day support at the desk, delivering proactive, solution-oriented customer service.
Provide superior assistance through active listening, effective troubleshooting, and ongoing problem solving.
Learn and teach clients how to use software and best practices while logging activity in the Zoho Desk ticketing system.
Research and deliver the best solutions for clients and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
Build positive client relationships, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and expand product knowledge daily.
Guide clients to solutions within defined support processes and apply basic Microsoft Office skills.
