Le poste
Drive the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of a state-of-the-art conversational AI platform that powers multiple customer service channels.
Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to design and build scalable, reliable services.
Leverage advanced ML/NLP technologies, including Large Language Models, to boost the intelligence of chatbot, help center and voice-based support products.
Design and implement cutting-edge automation to improve the efficiency of ambassadors and internal workflows.
Work with cross-functional groups (frontend/backend/ML engineers, design, product and operations) to deliver end-to-end product solutions that elevate customer experience.
Requirements include 5+ years in industry with a CS degree (or 3+ years with a PhD), proficiency in Java/Ruby/Kotlin/C++, and experience designing large-scale services; ML/NLP experience is a plus.
