Le poste
A Mid-Level Frontend Engineer works on developing reliable, scalable UI components and frontend applications, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver complete features. They participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help identify performance bottlenecks, ensuring high-quality code. The role involves building tooling and automation to enhance operational efficiency and mentoring junior engineers to foster a supportive team culture. Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience, proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and familiarity with modern web technologies like React or Angular. Additional skills include understanding web standards, performance optimisation, architectural patterns, and CI/CD pipelines, with experience in monitoring platforms considered advantageous. Strong communication, curiosity, and a growth mindset are essential in a collaborative environment dedicated to continuous learning.
