A construction company seeks a Site Manager to oversee and supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role involves managing project programme and quality control while liaising with project managers and design teams on-site. Candidates should have over five years of experience in site management, possess relevant health and safety qualifications, and be proficient in construction management software, preferably Procore. A full UK driving licence and own transport are required. The position is full-time, fixed-term, and site-based with an immediate start near Winchester. The successful candidate will contribute to a proactive team environment, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
