Human Resources Advisor

A Human Resources Advisor in Stockport is responsible for managing employee relations cases, leading recruitment efforts on site, and driving engagement initiatives. They support line managers with coaching and up-skilling, while also partnering with trade unions and senior managers on various projects. Candidates should have strong experience in employee relations, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including with unions. Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous, along with proficiency in HR systems and MS Office. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential, for this site-based HR role.
