A Senior Legal Counsel in Luton acts as the primary legal advisor for UK and Ireland operations, handling diverse legal, commercial, and compliance issues. The role involves managing litigation, assessing legal risks, and supporting compliance with antitrust and anti-corruption laws. The candidate must have significant experience, including managing legal matters in a regional scope, and excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment are essential. The legal counsel will also contribute to commercial leadership teams, influencing strategic decisions and legal strategies. A law degree and fluency in English are required, with a preference for experience in digital commerce or consumer markets.
