Le poste
The Event Manager plans, executes, and oversees large-scale and multi-program events from concept to on-site delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, project managers, and internal teams to ensure events align with strategic goals and attendee needs.
Oversee budgets, calendars, checklists, and processes; manage all logistics including venues, F&B, AV, transportation, and accommodations.
Lead on-site execution and production, ensuring high-quality presentations and smooth handling of last-minute changes.
Monitor event performance through post-event reporting, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis, with documentation in the project management system (Monday.com).
Build strong vendor and internal partner relationships, drive attendance targets with marketing, and continuously improve events through feedback.
