Le poste
The Senior Financial Analyst – Operations owns plant cost accounting fundamentals and leads forward-looking planning and performance analysis for the Chippewa Falls operation.
Maintain cost rolls for parts, assemblies, and plant operations; analyze the financial impact of cost updates.
Develop and maintain labor and overhead rates, document drivers, and ensure inventory valuation integrity with margin visibility.
Oversee cost-related transactions, strengthen process controls, and drive improvements for accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
Produce weekly through quarterly performance reporting and define key operating KPIs while conducting variance analysis with root-cause actions.
Support budgeting and forecasting, build driver-based models for projects, and ensure GAAP-compliant inventory and cost accounting practices.
