Seeking a results-driven Cybersecurity Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and optimize service delivery in a hybrid setting.
You will manage a portfolio with 3-5 years of client management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, driving renewals, and coordinating with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Engage with clients to understand security needs, articulate value, and tailor security-focused solutions.
This role offers a supportive environment with competitive compensation and benefits, including a £2,000 training budget and 25 days of annual leave.
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom, with hybrid (partial remote) work arrangements.
