Own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and data-driven solutions for customer success.
Build scalable ML models (classification, regression, NLP, recommendations) to identify at-risk customers, predict attrition, and evaluate product impact.
Develop customized recommendation engines delivering next-best actions using collaborative, content-based, hybrid, and graph methods.
Lead the ML lifecycle from data preprocessing and feature engineering through model training, testing, and automated retraining within hybrid cloud environments.
Architect high-performance data pipelines for large, multi-source datasets, ensuring data integrity, fast queries, and scalable deployments.
Monitor production models with key metrics, run A/B tests, and translate strategic direction into actionable analytics and stakeholder-ready roadmaps.
