Le poste
Serve as the back-office anchor to ensure federal grant funds are spent in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Lead Build America Buy America Act (BABA) compliance, including the 55% domestic content rule and associated waivers.
Prepare and submit Semi-Annual Progress Reports (SAPR) and maintain EPA Form 5900-721 (ZE Technology Reporting Template).
Execute and document Scrappage Verification, providing photographic and narrative evidence of permanent legacy diesel engine destruction as required.
Maintain an audit-ready digital paper trail using ArcGIS Hub or similar PMIS to centralize documentation.
Collaborate with public agencies and project stakeholders to uphold rigorous internal controls and regulatory standards.
