Le poste
Serve as the strategic HR partner to assigned business lines, advising managers and associates on talent needs and business priorities.
Provide HR leadership across recruiting, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation while ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to design and implement impactful HR programs and processes.
Drive organizational development and culture initiatives, DEI, and engagement to enhance inclusion and business results.
Lead HR operations including position descriptions, policy deployment, and data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, monitor exit interviews and investigations, and translate HR analytics into actionable improvements.
