Le poste
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial properties, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to plan layouts and ensure code-compliant installations.
Diagnose issues using testing devices, perform preventative maintenance, and replace faulty components and fixtures.
Ensure safety, accuracy, and documentation of repairs; maintain inventory and calibrate equipment to specifications.
Work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively with tenants and team members, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to properties and occasionally work overtime or weekends as needed; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
