Lead the development and execution of engaging organic social campaigns and digital content to elevate a leading engineering school's reputation among priority audiences.
Create short-form video, reels, graphics, and social copy that mix engineering storytelling with approachable, entertaining content.
Own the social calendar and distribution plan for priority stories; collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure timely, aligned rollout across platforms.
Translate performance data from social, web, and email into data-driven multichannel strategies; track, analyze, and share insights with the team.
Support leadership communications on social media, advising on engagement strategies for senior leaders and coordinating content across channels.
Recruit and manage student workers for content creation and moderation; cultivate cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external brands.
