Business Analyst – Belfast

The Business Analyst specialises in KYC personal processes within the financial services industry. They support analysis, design, and delivery of strategic enhancements, including new customer journeys, by translating business priorities into clear requirements and user stories. They produce documentation such as process maps, customer communications, and incident management records. The role involves working independently with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Data teams to define needs, manage priorities, and overcome delivery obstacles. It also includes identifying opportunities to embed PKYC technology into business-as-usual operations, enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and control measures. The analyst owns the delivery process from discovery through to implementation, proactively managing stakeholders without requiring day-to-day oversight.
