A senior conflicts lawyer is sought to join a global law firm's New Business Intake team in Sheffield. The position involves managing conflicts of interest, reviewing and improving firm policies, and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues. The role requires advising on conflict clauses within client agreements and leading internal investigations related to conflicts. Candidates should possess extensive experience in conflicts management within law firms and be familiar with SRA rules, ideally with international dispute experience.
