Le poste
Lead and coordinate commercial electrical crews, planning labor and ensuring on-time project delivery.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to guide field work.
Document and oversee daily/weekly safety activities, enforcing safety policies and proper tool care.
Inspect workmanship and quantities to ensure quality and conformance to NEC and project standards.
Analyze and resolve field issues while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications: 6-10 years of recent commercial electrical experience; 3 years of supervisory experience; Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License; OSHA 10; NEC knowledge; 70E awareness preferred; pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR as required.
