Le poste
Role: Optimize and advance a biodegradable spray-on foam formulation for frost protection in crops.
Responsibilities include designing and executing wet-lab experiments, drafting research protocols, and analyzing results.
Collaborate with senior scientists to refine formulation performance and contribute to future product lines.
Independently manage studies, document procedures, and prepare technical reports and grant submissions.
Requirements include a BS/MS or PhD in materials science, polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience.
In-person, Brooklyn-based lab role requiring strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
