Troubleshoot and repair electrical components in residential heating and cooling systems, focusing on safety, reliability, and code compliance.
Perform general residential electrical upgrades and repairs, including wiring main panels, receptacles, lighting fixtures, switches, and conduit or metal flex.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine electrical requirements, calculate materials, and provide cost estimates for residential work.
Ensure all installations meet applicable safety standards and local electrical codes; support HVAC electrical installations when required.
Must hold an Unlimited or Limited electrical license; requires at least 2 years of residential wiring experience and strong customer service and communication skills; valid driver's license.
Compensation ranges from $30-$40 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
