Le poste
A bartender at MLSE is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service to guests, ensuring responsible alcohol service according to Smart Serve principles, and adhering to company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory, preparing the bar for service, and acting as an ambassador for MLSE and the community. Candidates must have a valid Smart Serve certification and preferably a recognised bartending qualification, with over three years' experience in a high-volume setting. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours are essential. The role requires adherence to health and safety policies and involves some administrative tasks, working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
