As a founding Machine Learning Engineer, you will define the technical architecture for a new generative product focused on ad creation.
You will architect the Optimization Engine by translating ad effectiveness into quantitative signals that guide AI models to generate high-performance content.
Collaborate with researchers to apply state-of-the-art techniques, including efficient fine-tuning of vision-language models to tackle creative challenges.
Design and build the initial backend infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring it scales from prototype to global product.
This role requires a founding mindset, deep understanding of the ads ecosystem, and hands-on mastery of Python and generative models.
