Le poste
Lead the two-to-three-year strategy for AI/ML, identifying Agentic AI opportunities that autonomously perceive, decide, and act to address evolving customer needs.
Own end-to-end AI/ML pipelines: data ingestion, model training, deployment, and real-time applications across platforms and geographies.
Architect scalable, globally deployable AI/ML solutions with governance and compliance across regions and customer bases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data science, and domain teams to translate vision into deliverable products, and establish experimentation and measurement.
Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of AI/ML and Agentic AI advancements, evaluating new technologies for the roadmap.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaborative learning.
