Process orders with accuracy and timeliness, and schedule incoming orders while maintaining clear communication.
Create quotes, drawings, and receipts, ensuring professional written communication.
Identify potential issues in the sales process and propose solutions with management.
Manage deadlines, priorities, and multitask while keeping customers informed on inventory status.
Provide customer service via phone, email, direct interaction, and fax; follow up after order completion and collect feedback.
Monitor online reviews, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain a clean reception area; perform other duties as assigned.
