Senior Software & ML Engineering Manager - New Products

In this 0-to-1 leadership role, you will recruit and grow a high-performing team of software and ML engineers, turning ambiguous new product bets into a clear roadmap and technical strategy. You will build scalable systems to analyze large-scale telematics data and detect fleet-wide anomalies (theft, misuse, suspicious stops, GPS jamming, emerging risk patterns) and surface the right incidents with real-time alerts and operator-friendly workflows. You’ll own end-to-end security and incident workflows from detection to investigation to resolution, and guide ML work (including LLMs where beneficial) to deliver differentiated capabilities. You will partner with Product, Firmware, Design, and Data Science to deliver cohesive experiences across hardware, firmware, and cloud software, while championing engineering excellence and a customer-centric, inclusive culture. This role requires 6+ years of people management in a product-driven environment, strong technical judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a high-growth setting. You will be expected to ship customer value at scale and continuously iterate based on feedback from users and data.
