Le poste
Serve as the primary liaison for OEM and aerospace accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication on order status and product information.
Process customer orders, quotations, and change requests accurately in the NetSuite ERP system.
Monitor open orders and proactively communicate any delays or changes to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate customer account records, including contact details, shipping preferences, and special requirements.
Expedite product delivery within the internal supply chain and coordinate with regional teams to fulfill orders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure documentation compliance, including traceability and regulated records.
