Le poste
This is a founding technical leadership role focused on shaping the core model stack, data strategy, and long-term architecture for a new global consumer AI product.
You will own end-to-end training pipelines—from data collection and preprocessing to training, evaluation, and inference.
You will design and adapt model architectures, experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible), and apply state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods.
You will architect scalable inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and build data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data.
You will develop alignment, safety, and guardrail strategies, and design evaluation frameworks covering performance, robustness, and bias.
You will own deployment, optimize GPUs for latency and throughput, and shape early product direction through rapid experimentation.
