Le poste
The Development & Communications Manager leads fundraising and communications efforts across individual, corporate, government, and foundation funders.
You will manage donor research, segmentation, acknowledgments, and the full grant-writing cycle in collaboration with senior leadership.
You will drive digital engagement, social media, and content creation, including graphic and web design, to tell program impact stories.
You will maintain Salesforce donor data, generate reports, and support donor stewardship and site visits.
You will coordinate with program staff to collect data and impact narratives, ensuring accurate narratives aligned with funder expectations.
You will collaborate across departments, stay current on nonprofit marketing trends, and support executive fundraising activities through strong project management.
