Transport Planner / Transport Operations Supervisor

Plan and schedule UK-wide full-load and container movements to maximise vehicle and driver efficiency. Allocate loads via Mandata TMS, monitor live progress, and issue e-manifests to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate backhauls and subcontract work while maintaining clear customer ETAs and updates. Use R2C and Scania Telematics for compliance, tracking, and performance reporting. Collaborate with drivers and warehouse teams to coordinate loading/unloading and handovers. Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota to support overnight operations and service levels.
