As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive technical leadership across the product, shaping architecture decisions and engineering practices.
This hands-on role combines system design with mentoring a growing development team to deliver a scalable SaaS platform.
Responsibilities include driving architecture, design, and development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and support product strategy alongside founders and commercial leads.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, maintain high standards of testing, documentation, and code quality.
Required: 5+ years in software development with strong backend experience in C# and Python, plus SQL.
