Le poste
Lead estimation for civil site work including grading, utilities, concrete, retaining walls, and parking for multifamily developments.
Perform quantity takeoffs, site visits, and develop preliminary budgets through construction documents.
Evaluate subcontractor bids, identify risks, RFIs, and support value engineering initiatives.
Assist with buy-out, milestone budgeting, and change order negotiations to protect project value.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior leadership to drive accurate, timely estimates.
Utilize tools such as Agtek, Excel, and HeavyBid to deliver dependable estimates from concept to construction.
