Financial Analyst 4

Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, and operational metrics tracking supporting quarterly reviews, annual operating planning (AOP), and balance sheet review (BSR). Lead quarter-end close with variance analysis and actuals vs. forecast for headcount, Opex, and Capex. Conduct financial analysis to influence decisions and support strategic initiatives. Publish reports highlighting spending trends and headcount to guide prioritization and optimization. Partner with Business Operations to drive profitability initiatives and process improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Support internal/external audits and controls; interact with finance systems such as SAP and Workday Adaptive; build trusted business relationships and provide actionable insights.
