Le poste
We are seeking a results-driven General Construction Estimator III with 3-5 years of experience in midsize commercial projects.
You will lead pre-construction planning, bid management, and quantity takeoffs from design development through construction drawings.
Responsibilities include evaluating plans, interpreting specs, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and developing accurate budgets.
Maintain and manage subcontractor relations, solicit competitive proposals, and oversee bid communications to ensure profitability.
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff, Excel, Word, Outlook, and BuildingConnected, with solid knowledge of contracts and OSHA safety regulations.
This full-time, in-person role offers a base salary plus quarterly performance pay with benefits after a short waiting period.
