Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure success and provide actionable optimization insights.
Oversee briefs, budget allocation, and vendor contracts, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI.
Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of industry trends, platforms, and competitive activity.
