Plan and coordinate catered events and team-building activities from concept to delivery.
Design engaging meeting setups and guest accommodations in close collaboration with clients.
Manage all event details, including timelines, logistics, venues, vendors, and on-site coordination.
Prepare proposals, timelines, and budgets using MS Office to keep stakeholders informed.
Deliver exceptional service with clear communication, proactive problem solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
Comply with employment requirements, including background check and drug test.
