Le poste
Lead the delivery of modeling, simulation, and optimization solutions for manufacturing processes at the value stream level.
Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and an implementation plan to close process gaps and realize operational excellence.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and software developers to deploy tools and strategies for process optimization.
Apply expertise in process constraints and optimization technologies to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.
Requirements: active Secret security clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in industrial or general engineering.
Nice-to-have: value-stream mapping experience and knowledge of discrete event simulation tools (e.g., Simio, Arena, FlexSim).
