Le poste

A construction manager is responsible for overseeing major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role involves managing contractors, conducting site surveys, and monitoring work progress to meet technical specifications and legislation. Key duties include reviewing procedures, solving technical issues, and quality assurance, along with witnessing testing and managing handovers. Candidates should possess experience in live environments, NEC4 contract knowledge, and technical construction expertise, especially in water infrastructure. A full UK driving licence, relevant CSCS/SMSTS, and working at heights are required, with professional membership development encouraged. Knowledge of HS2 and control of quality during construction are advantageous in this technical role.
