Le poste
The IT Systems Support Technician provides first and second-line support for specialised systems, managing incident resolution and system commissioning activities. They work closely with developers and asset managers to ensure system effectiveness and stability. The role requires expertise in Linux and Windows administration, virtualisation, and incident handling. Candidates should demonstrate a methodical approach, sound judgement, and the ability to operate under pressure.
