Le poste
Lead the design and deployment of a large-scale, real-time anomaly detection and root cause analysis platform for core Fulfilment Services.
Develop and architect RCA components with explainable interpretations, identifying underlying causes and actionable recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
Define the technical roadmap for platform evolution in collaboration with the Tech Lead, and explore state-of-the-art ML techniques.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to design intelligent anomaly detection systems that are robust in dynamic environments (holidays, events, disasters).
Own the full software development lifecycle of the platform, including performance bottlenecks, capacity planning, software performance analysis, and code/design reviews.
Ensure scalable, maintainable production-ready ML services and enforce software engineering best practices.
