Le poste
Role Summary: Lead cross-functional marketing planning for deposits products within an agile environment, translating business strategies into integrated marketing plans.
Own and optimize campaigns across channels, manage budgets, forecast P&L impact, and measure ROI to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with business leaders and marketing partners to develop strategies, briefs, and proof points that differentiate the value proposition.
Lead end-to-end programs within a pod, participate in sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning to align priorities and capacity.
Analyze campaign results, translate insights into future strategies, and craft compelling presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure timely, on-budget delivery, navigate roadblocks through stakeholder engagement, and advocate customer-centric marketing across touchpoints.
