A part-time Human Resources Manager position is available within a property and real estate firm based in London. The role involves managing recruitment processes, employee lifecycle events, and performance monitoring, including attendance and sick leave. The successful candidate will design training programmes, handle employee relations issues, and report to senior management. This role requires CIPD level 5 qualification and previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment. The HR Manager will also support regional offices and work closely with departmental heads on various personal matters.
