Senior Consultant - Data Science & Process Automation

As a Senior Consultant, you will accelerate digital transformation by designing data-driven analyses and building complex data models to extract actionable insights from processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will leverage SQL and programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) to uncover inefficiencies, identify root causes, and deliver transparent process maps, often enhanced with AI/ML techniques. In the Initiate phase, you will lead solution design, conduct value workshops, and articulate innovative analyses and operational apps. In the Implement phase, you will quantify business impact, build business cases, and deploy Process Automation to speed workflows and improve conformance. In the Adopt phase, you will define KPIs, enable continuous improvement, and establish the path to long-term value for customers. Strong communication with clients, analytical rigor, and a strategic mindset are essential to translate needs into impact-driven recommendations and support international expansion.
