Le poste
Lead end-to-end management of civil engineering and land development projects, from concept to closeout, including planning, design, permitting, and budgeting.
Oversee a cross-functional team of internal staff, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within budget.
Maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Drive business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition to support strategic growth and service expansion.
Shape operational strategy by developing new service offerings and growing internal teams and capabilities.
Focus on site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects, combining technical leadership with entrepreneurial vision.
