A registered general nurse (RGN) provides high-quality care to patients at The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield, specialising in neurological and complex care needs. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering nursing interventions, and producing detailed written reports based on observations. Nurses work closely with healthcare teams, develop and audit care plans, and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and health and safety standards.
