Lead analytics roadmap for revenue and growth squads across Ads, Commerce, and Subscriptions.
Partner with Product, Finance, and Marketing to quantify opportunities and connect product outcomes to business results.
Develop ROI models, forecasts, and growth levers to accelerate performance.
Design, implement, and evolve a rigorous experimentation framework with hands-on Python/SQL.
Build scalable data pipelines and reusable tools to speed test iterations and decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of five analysts, fostering curiosity, rigor, and high-quality delivery.
