Residential Construction Estimator / Project Manager

Seeking a hybrid Residential Construction Estimator and Project Manager to oversee internal estimating and field coordination for residential projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, performing quantity takeoffs, developing accurate cost estimates, and soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate schedules, manage field superintendents and material deliveries, track budgets and timelines, and ensure quality standards from preconstruction through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and clients, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Requires 3+ years of residential construction estimating and/or project management, strong knowledge of methods, materials, and costs, and the ability to read drawings; salary ranges from $55k to $82k with opportunities for bonuses. Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and project management tools is expected; experience with custom homes, remodels, or additions is a plus.
