Le poste
Associate HR Manager
Provides practical, compliant human resources support across the full employee lifecycle. Manages complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and corrective action. Works closely with managers and leadership to implement, maintain, and improve HR policies, programs, and processes. Requires a strong focus on execution, risk awareness, and sound judgment.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong analytical skills. Experience in multi-site, retail, or operational environments is preferred. Bilingual in English/Mandarin is required. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
