Destination Management Manager

A professional with experience in destination and event management is required to lead and develop the Destination Management services for Callow Events in Belfast. This role involves building relationships with international clients, managing the delivery of bespoke programmes, and overseeing sales and marketing efforts within the MICE industry. Candidates should demonstrate strong project management, client relationship skills and an understanding of Northern Ireland’s tourism offerings. The position requires excellent communication, negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Travel within the UK, Ireland and internationally will be necessary, with flexible working hours including some evenings and weekends.
