Le poste

An IT Support technician is required to deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting within a financial institution, supporting trade floor and general IT users. The role involves working in the IT support team and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless IT operations while maintaining documentation and following strict processes. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Windows OS, IT protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and telecommunications including mobile and softphone systems. They are expected to work independently, proactively identify improvements, and support IT infrastructure and user needs. The position requires approximately three years of relevant experience, with responsibilities focusing on system maintenance, issue resolution, and process adherence.
